Kimberly Glenn
Founder, Director
Kimberly Glenn is the Founder and Director of Good Measure Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in the community service industry and worked as a licensed insurance agent for Zurich North America for 16 years, managing a three-million-dollar book of business in property and casualty insurance.
A long-time Romulus resident, Kim is actively involved in local activities and has held various roles in the Romulus Public Schools, including Para-Professional and School Board Office Administrator for Special Education Services. As a member of the Greater Romulus Chamber of Commerce, she is known for her strong relationships with community leaders and her commitment to promoting equality and integrity while facilitating change in underserved communities.

Troy Tipton
President
Troy D. Tipton is a respected attorney based in Ypsilanti, Michigan, serving clients since 2001. With extensive experience and a commitment to the community, his firm offers dependable legal services in Real Estate Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, Employee Rights and Employment Law, and Estate Planning.
From 2001 to 2006, Troy served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Michigan Department of Attorney General, gaining valuable insights into public service and legal frameworks. Troy's law firm is dedicated to providing personalized and trustworthy legal guidance, maintaining a reputation for excellence and integrity in the Michigan legal community.

Genise Danzy
Vice President
Genise Danzy is a lifelong business entrepreneur in the insurance industry. She is also an author and university professor. A proud graduate of Alabama State University, Genise embodies the spirit of "Roll Tide." She loves teaching and introducing new perspectives to
the next generation. Genise believes that everyone has a unique gift, and it’s what you do with that gift that truly matters. Her motto is "Your health is your wealth," and she is dedicated to teaching others that investing in the right health insurance today ensures a healthier and happier tomorrow.

Tenyshia Willis
Secretary
Tenyshia Willis is a dedicated Career Coach for the State of Michigan, with over 15 years of experience in Workforce Development. She is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business. Tenyshia takes pride in her work and prioritizes helping at least three people each day to overcome barriers that prevent them from achieving self-sufficiency.
As a long-time resident of Romulus, Michigan, Tenyshia is actively involved in her church and the community. She is committed to making a difference by staying engaged and supporting her community in any way she can.

Chris Aikens
Treasurer
Chris Aikens brings over 35 years of experience in grant programs, underwriting, and community development to our team. A Certified Environmental Access Consultant, she is dedicated to addressing affordable housing and financial education challenges across Michigan while promoting broader economic development.
Chris has served as a leader on community boards such as the Michigan CRA Association and has collaborated with nonprofit, for-profit, and government agencies to advance housing and financial literacy initiatives. A Flagstar Bank team member for more than 15 years, she has received multiple Community Spirit Awards for her steadfast commitment to underserved neighborhoods. Chris brings a wealth of experience, leadership and resourcefulness to our team.

Grant Long
Sargent of Arms
Grant Long is a three-time Emmy Award-winning broadcaster color analyst for Fox Sports Detroit and the Detroit Pistons. The 1988 Mid-American Conference Player of the Year and Eastern Michigan Alum spent 15 seasons in the NBA. Grant enjoyed a successful 15-season career in the NBA, concluding in 2003 with a total of 9,518 points and 6,154 rebounds.
In addition to his broadcasting, Grant actively volunteers with various organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and men's shelters. He enjoys speaking at men's retreats across the United States. Grant is also an Author and credits the completion of his book "Driving Lessons" as a highlight in his life.

Colleen Dumas
Member
Colleen McKay‑Dumas is a lifelong resident of Romulus, Michigan, and a proud graduate of Romulus High School, where she first made her mark as a standout basketball player. Her deep connection to the community has shaped both her personal journey and her professional mission.
Colleen holds degrees from Eastern Michigan University and Wayne State University, where she was recognized with the prestigious Teacher of Promise Award in 2015 by the Wayne State College of Education. Her dedication to youth development and education continued through her seven years as a Health and Physical Education teacher at River Rouge STEM Academy (K–8), where she inspired students to embrace wellness, teamwork, and confidence.
Colleen currently serves as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Romulus, bringing her extensive experience in recreation, education, and community engagement to the forefront. Her leadership reflects a blend of professional expertise and heartfelt commitment to the city she has always called home.
